Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a top 100 Accountancy Practice, who are looking to recruit an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join their team based in the Buckinghamshire area.

JOB SUMMARY
As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will work in a friendly atmosphere where you will be inspired to advance while assisting intriguing and prestigious clients from all across the UK.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
* Manage assignments with support as needed from other team members.
* Completing tasks for managers and supervisors at the required level.
* Give duties to junior recruits and continuous feedback.
* Set an example for new recruits.
* Lead audits from planning to completion, coordinating as needed with the team and the customer.
* Host and lead client meetings before and after the audit.
* Assist in overseeing a group of certified and partially certified accountants.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
* Uphold strict standards of conduct and behaviour for professionals.
* Continually be abreast of ICAEW internal systems and guidelines updates.
* Apply your understanding of the sector, markets, and your core clientele to your line manager's considerations.
* Demonstrated expertise in auditing and accounting.
* Depending on experience level, partial qualifications may be taken into consideration.
* A minimum of three years of expertise in auditing and accounting.
