We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a  Audit & Compliance Assistant. This is a full time, permanent position located in London with occasional travel. You'll enjoy a standard workweek Monday to Friday from 9.00am-5.30pm

Let’s talk about the role, it involves:

  • Conduct Monthly AML Audit on business
  • Carry out monthly compliance & system reporting
  • Weekly management of HMRC communications
  • Management of Professional bodies  membership and admin
  • Management of employees professional qualifications
  • Assisting Head of Risk and Compliance  with periodic regional audits
  • Provide support to the Systems Manager during acquisitional data migrations
  • Manage the operational inbox and deal with business queries in a timely manner
  • Responsible for setting up and removing system access for starters and leaver
