There is an Excellent opportunity for a experienced Compliance Assistant Manager to join their team, this role is based in central London and operates on a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities include.
- Assist with Conflicts of Interest processes and maintain the COI register.
- Assist in drafting, editing, enhancing existing and new policies and procedures.
- Completing regulatory reports and providing MI for London committees and UK regulators
- Assisting with single customer view requirements
- Horizon Scanning
- Provide project management assistance and regulatory advice for duration of project.
- Able to read and interpret the FCA handbook.
- Have 8/10 year experience in a UK environment within banking
- Educated to a degree level.
- Technically proficient in handling the FCA Handbook and with FCA principles and rules, particular focus to SYSC, COBs and FCG
- Great knowledge of Compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
- Experienced in asset management or private equity firms.
- Great MS office software skills.
- Very organised and good at prioritising tasks
