As an Audit Manager your duties will be:
- You will work alongside the Head of Audit to run the department, delivering high quality audits to our clients in the SME sector
- You will be supported by the whole audit team to deliver the on-site work and will report into the RI’s in the department
- You will form relationships with the clients so that you are the go-to person and will manage their expectations, their audit, and our team to provide a high quality audit.
- You will be developing the team and be a role model to the lower level auditors within the firm
- You will be completing file reviews on a range of audit clients, utilising your existing technical knowledge and experience.
Mandatory Requirements:
- You must have a least 2 years’ post qualified experience in a fair sized practice working SME’s
- You’ll be fully ACA or ACCA qualified
- You’ll have supervisory or managerial experience
- You’ll have strong technical knowledge, eg UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS and ISA’s
- Knowledge of CCH
- You’ll have a pro-active approach to all sizes of tasks

The working week: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday); standard office hours are 8.30AM to 5.00PM with flexibility of hours to meet specific work demands and client office hours. Your work base is our Newport Office. However, you may be required to spend time working at client premises. Flexibility in office hours and remote working is offered.
