Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in Tonbridge Wells. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services.

Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience in audit within a reputable accounting firm, at the Manager level.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven leadership abilities, including experience in managing and developing a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
