The job role involves supporting the Workforce Development/Academy team, Practice Development Officers, and the Principal Social Worker to ensure efficient and smooth operations in managing all student and ASYE placements.
Experience:
• Skilled in recording accurate minutes.
• Proficient in generating data and financial reports for analysis.
• Adept at organizing various meetings, setting agendas, securing venues, circulating pre-meeting items, and distributing minutes and meeting results.
Duties include:
• Organizing training events, including room booking, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and issuing certificates.
• Issuing and recalling IT equipment.
• Managing grant applications.
• Registering for the ASYE portal.
• Processing purchase orders for training commissioning, which includes supervision training.
