About the role:

• The preparation of accounts and audits for a ranging client portfolio
• Liaising directly with clients at both finance and director level to ensure a smooth audit process
• Working alongside the larger corporate team on group audits
• Assisting with the development of more junior staff
• Managing a portfolio of clients dealing with accounts and liaising with the personal tax team on SATRs
• Attendance of audit and accounts client meetings, building relationships with clients and being the first point of contact for both the finance team and directors
• Effectively planning and managing own workload to meet internal, client and statutory deadlines

Canididate:

• At least level 4 AAT qualified or qualified by experience from working in UK accountancy practice
• Have 1-2 years experience in Audit
• Be able to build strong relationships in the team and with clients
• Experience with Xero and sage
