Automation Hardware Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer
Essential Requirements / Experience:
·Must be an experienced Electrical Design Engineer / Hardware Engineer with at least 3 years’ experience
·The successful candidate will be proficient with the use of an Electrical CAD Package – ideally E3 / Eplan or AutoCAD Electrical
·Must have an engineering / manufacturing background
The successful person will Need to be familiar with one of the following Electrical switchgear / motor control design to EN60204, Process Instrumentation, Ex. Hazardous area control system design (i.e ATEX, IECEx, NEC), Functional safety design (EN13849 / EN62061), PromisE, E3 or EPlan electrical drawing packages

The Role
·As an Automation Hardware Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer you will be accountable for working in small ream to support the Projects Group - duties include;
·Responsible for reviewing project scope, hardware design specs, Electrical Design for control systems
·Equipment selection and listing, cable scheduling, plc input and output listings, testing, support and onsite comissioning
·Liaising with multi-disciplined engineers from machine concept through to commissioning
