What Will You Do?
As a Automotive Customer Service / Aftersales Manager in the Electric Vehicles (EV) industry, you will be a key player, on the customer facing side of the business, collating data and offering financially beneficial solutions to the company and the customers. You will be facilitating the satisfaction of new and existing customers that are part of this futuristic and exciting industry.
Key Responsibilities as a Automotive Customer Service / Aftersales Manager:
- Manage customer accounts and contracts.
- Take action on customer enquiries.
- Identify fresh, innovative customers and products.
- Recommend and implement solutions inter-departmentally.
- Assist in the creation of Service Level Agreements.
- Monitor and review regional spending and undertake corrective action for lower performing accounts.
The Ideal Automotive Customer Service / Aftersales Manager Would Have…

- Experience in B2B customer facing roles in the sector.
