AV Sales Manager

A leading Audio / Visual Company due to the continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit an AV Sales Manager .
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the UK market.
- Build, manage and lead a high-performing audiovisual sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching, training, and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and forging strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting the sales strategy to capitalize on new opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report on sales activities and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, raise brand awareness, and stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring clients' needs are met while maximizing profitability and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the customer support and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A background in audiovisual technology or engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the audiovisual or related technology industry.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of the UK audiovisual market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven and proactive, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
