Deerfoot IT Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced AV Support Engineer to join our client's welcoming team on contract. This Audio Visual Support role requiring experience in Microsoft Teams and Webex (by Cisco) is based in London and offers an attractive daily rate.

As an AV Support Engineer, you will support the business and users with their day-to-day online meetings and events. You will also provide support on Audio Visual (AV) endpoints, services, systems, and all other aspects of AV and collaboration services, including Webex and MS Teams.

To give you an idea of how this AV Support Engineer role will look and feel, here are some things you can expect to do:

• Be the subject matter expert for everything audio-visual
• Keep abreast of industry audio-visual and voice infrastructure technology and advancements
• Advise on audio-visual solutions (Webex / Teams) that will benefit the company
• Install, maintain and update the AV estate and devices

To apply for this AV Support Engineer role, you will need experience with MS Teams and Webex. You will also require:

• Experience installing and maintaining AV Services solutions, including Webex and MS Teams’ endpoints and services
• Experience running small, medium, and large meetings and events within a corporate environment
• Experience supporting customers with event applications such as Slido
• May have relevant qualifications in MS Teams, Webex, ITIL and/or COBIT
