We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring smooth operation of organisation computer systems by providing technical assistance and support to end-users.
You will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure meets project operations and demands.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting issues on Windows 10 operating systems plus L1 support knowledge in Applications and SharePoint.
Below are some of the core requirements
- Experience with Management of Win-10 devices (MMD – Microsoft Managed Devices)
- Experience with troubleshoot issues on Windows 10 Operating systems.
- Desktop support experience on Microsoft Managed desktop
- BPSS or SC Clearance is mandatory
- Full UK driving license
This is a fully onsite position in Leiston, Suffolk with travel around a 10 mile radius with a site vehicle provided.
For this position you will be rewarded with £230 per day inside IR35 for an initial 6- month contract with a long-term extension likely.
