Desktop Support Engineer - £35,000 - £37,000 + 10% Bonus
London based Financial Services company are recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join a high performing and growing team based in the companies brand new London HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- 2nd line Desktop Support and remote support to global employees.
- VIP user support to senior management.
- Managing tickets via service management tool ITSM.
- Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Liaising with and delegating tasks to relevant teams for escalation.
- Supporting IT Support Manager and escalating support issues to Head of IT where necessary.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
- Mobile device support (Apple/Android).
- Active Directory Users and Computer administration.
- Windows 7x/10 support.
- MAC OS X support (Limited)
- Participate in ad-hoc support requests, Desk moves, Desk side support.
