Desktop Support Engineer - £35,000 - £37,000 + 10% Bonus
London based Financial Services company are recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join a high performing and growing team based in the companies brand new London HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2nd line Desktop Support and remote support to global employees.
• VIP user support to senior management.
• Managing tickets via service management tool ITSM.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Liaising with and delegating tasks to relevant teams for escalation.
• Supporting IT Support Manager and escalating support issues to Head of IT where necessary.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Mobile device support (Apple/Android).
• Active Directory Users and Computer administration.
• Windows 7x/10 support.
• MAC OS X support (Limited)
• Participate in ad-hoc support requests, Desk moves, Desk side support.

• SCCM
• ITIL Best Practice
