I’m working with one of the most recognised Investment Management Firm looking to bring in an experienced Desktop Engineer who has previously provided VIP Support to executive level.

As a VIP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and personalized service to high-profile business stakeholders within the organization. Your primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction and productivity of VIP clients by addressing their technical issues, providing guidance, and maintaining a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues at the desktop, server and network levels
• You will work with their Linux, Network and Cybersecurity administration groups to monitor systems and troubleshoot problems in real-time
• You will work closely with the IT engineering team to manage their entire IT infrastructure

Requirement

• Computer science degree (or a similar field)
• Understanding of Windows Desktop/server operating systems
• Familiar with the Linux operating system
• Technical strength in networking, programming or system administration
• Commercial experience working on critical and challenging problems at a top tech firm/trading fire
