We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Security Officer at Liverpool Airport.

Join us as a Security Officer where you will be able to explore a world full of opportunities working here at the Airport. You will be meeting people from all over the world, where you will be part of the most vital part of these passengers' journeys, by making sure they get to their destination safely.

The Role:

Working as a member of the Liverpool, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth transition of passengers, staff and airport personnel whilst always maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Passenger Screening – Screening all passengers to the required standards.
• X-Ray Screening – Screening/searching cabin & hold baggage to ensure no prohibited articles are brought in
• Access Control – Controlling of access to the aerodrome.
• Patrolling –Carry out foot patrols of airside/landside locations to ensure they are secure.
• Responding to and assisting with emergency situations.
• Carrying out body searches on passengers and staff members

• Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.

Essential:

• Minimum of 3-year UK residency
• A 5-year checkable background
