We are currently seeking an experienced Aviation Technical Instructor to join our team at a leading Aviation Training Provider, with locations in the Greater London Area. As an Aviation Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to a range of Aeronautical/Avionic apprentices.
Job Description:
* Deliver high-quality technical training to Aviation apprentices, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in the aviation industry.
* Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with other instructors and members of the training team to ensure that programs are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on technical training.
* Qualifications/Certificates in teaching and aviation related subject.
* A thorough understanding of EASA regulations and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
