Aws Platform Engineer

We are currently working on behalf of out trusted client who are looking for an AWS Platform Engineer. This role is anexciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

What You Can Expect

• Work Type - Permanent
• Salary - £80k
• Location - Watford (Hybrid, 2 days per week on site)

Main Responsibilities as an AWS Platform Engineer

• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS
• Using DevOps best practices to build the platform efficiently.
• Overseeing platform modifications.

Experience & Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience working on AWS platforms.
• AWS Certifications.
• Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC), ideally Terraform.
• Experience using Docker, ECS or equivalent tech.
• Knowledge of networking and security within cloud environments.
• Good scripting skills in Bash or Python.
