Key Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Executive:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth, through B2B Sales.
- Identify and research target markets and industries to compile a list of potential leads.
- Utilise various tools and technologies to conduct outbound prospecting activities.
- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and research to determine their fit with the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition.
- Track and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance lead generation efforts.
- Submit key KPI results promptly
- Track and record performance against agreed targets.
- Collaborate with the team to meet budget goals.
Demonstrate experience in lead generation, sales or business development, with a preference for B2B setting.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiations skills.
- Strong problem solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with leads through consistent communication, providing relevant information, and addressing enquiries.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Starting salary of £30,000 per annum
