Admin and Clerical Support
Our NHS client based in Newry has vacancies for Band 2 Admin and Clerical Support for immediate start, if interested then this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Our client has confirmed that the role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm
As the role is in the Craigavon, we do require the successful applicant to have some previous administration and customer service experience, confident in using a computer. Be able to work as a part of a large team but also to be able to use their initiative when needed.
In return, your hourly Monday - Friday rate will be £10.42, Saturday - 14.62 and Sunday 19.07 paid on a weekly basis and paid holidays including pension.
Duties:
- Utilising the IT systems
- Using Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word packages daily
- Dealing with telephone enquiries in an efficient, courteous, and friendly manner
- Organizing, managing, and maintaining filing systems manually and electronically
Essential criteria
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualifications and 2 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel or equivalent
- Working experience of computerized information systems, e.g. Radiology Information System (RIS) or Patient Administration System (PAS) for the retrieval of patient information
