Band 3 Administrative & Clerical Officer
Brook Street is partnering with a leading Public Sector Client in Belfast to hire a Band 3 Administrative & Clerical Officer for a temporary ongoing position!
Requirements:
- GCSEs (including Maths and English) with 1 year's admin experience OR
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration with 1 year's admin experience OR
- 2 years' admin/clerical experience
- 1 year's word processing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
Details:
11.11 per hour
Part-time and full-time positions available
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, operate the switchboard, and direct calls
- Efficient diary management
- Handle general admin tasks (filing, faxing, scanning)
Skills/Abilities (Essential Criteria):
- Collaborative team player
- Strong initiative and independence
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability in a challenging environment
- Attention to detail and proficiency in office admin systems
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act
- Experience in computerized databases
