The post holder will work within a diverse and experienced team and support a wide range of clinical studies from projects on Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders, Huntington’s disease, Dementia, and Epilepsy to name a few. You will be involved in study set up, consent and recruitment, follow up data collection and dissemination. You will need to be organised, and thorough with the ability to meet deadlines.
To help identify potential participants who are eligible to take part in research projects and to provide information and support for those involved in Research and service evaluation projects (staff, service users and carers).
- To provide research teams with assistance in obtaining Trust R&D approval and Research Passports/Letters of Access.
- To maintain close links with clinical services and departments, as well as with other Research & development Departments and research teams.
- To actively promote research amongst clinicians, service users and the wider NHS and the public, including the development of training resources
