SalaryDuties will include, but are not limited to: Supporting the delivery of a peripatetic Occupational Health (OH) service which requires travel between base location and assigned units. The majority clinical activity is delivered face to face in the Service Person (SP)s workplace / military environment or a clinic setting, therefore often requiring travel. Delivering complex, specialist OH interventions (such as, implement and monitor Return to Work (RTW) plans), collaboratively with the service personnel, wider clinical team and the CoC. Using advanced clinical reasoning to interpret and analyse highly complex clinical and non-clinical evidence to develop comprehensive intervention plans in support of return or retention in work. Planning and managing OH clinical interventions, working in partnership with SP and CoC.
