- DCR or BSc diploma/degree or equivalent
- PGDip in medical ultrasound / DMU equivalent
- Evidence of CPD
- HCPC or relevant professional registration
Experience
Essential criteria
- Significant experience of working at a Band 8a level
- Experience of working with clinical leads in specialist areas to develop services
- Experience of working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience across majority of main areas of US including obstetrics/gynaecology, abdominal, small parts, MSK, breast
Skills and aptitudes

- Demonstrates the ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Ability to teach and mentor students
- Track record of audit and presentation of audit findings within a team
- Patient and safety focused
