SalaryOur client, a growing advisory firm in London, would like an M&A Associate Director to join their growing team who specialise in providing tailored expertise for private clients, non-profit organisations, and corporate businesses.
If you are passionate about mergers and acquisitions, and Corporate Finance, and have a track record of driving successful transactions, this might be the perfect opportunity for you to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of their M&A practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead and manage M&A transactions both on the buy side and sell side
- Conduct thorough due diligence, and financial analysis to support deal evaluation and decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on complex M&A transactions
- Ensure the team workloads are managed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve targets
Your key skills for this role will include:
- At least 6 years of proven experience in M&A, mergers and acquisitions, and Corporate Finance
- Strong understanding of buy-side and sell-side transactions, deal structuring, and valuation methodologies
- Proven financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident in project management abilities, with the ability to prioritise
- A clear and personable communicator with the ability to influence with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACA will be highly advantageous
