This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility in their work. As a Bank Worker you have the freedom to choose your own shifts allowing you to balance work with personal commitments. We offer morning, afternoon and evening shifts across North and South Tyneside so there is something suited to everyone!

Responsibilities:

• Community Support: providing support and guidance to individuals facing homelessness
• Empowerment: helping clients to access resources and services to encourage their independence
• Teamwork: working with a dedicated wider team to deliver excellent quality care, support, and guidance to our clients

What We Are Looking For From You:

• Communication: the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people from different backgrounds
• Client-Centered Approach: understanding and respecting perspectives and experiences of clients recieving support services
• Safety First: commited to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all individuals
• Hands-On Experience: working in residential or accomodation based housing units for young people at risk of homelessness
