Purpose of the role:
As a Banqueting Floor Manager, you will be based in our stunning Pall Mall clubhouse and deliver a consistent and professional conference or banqueting experience that is memorable and leaves members and their guests feeling highly satisfied. Offering a luxurious environment Pall Mall is home to a variety of high-profile events including conferences, committee events, private parties and weddings. We average over 40,000 covers a year in banqueting alone.
Essentials:
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly presentable with good communication skills
- Team player
Minimum experience required:
- Previous experience in banqueting environment working to tight deadlines
- Demonstrable experience of managing casual staff and organising schedules
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- NVQ or equivalent in Food Service or Customer Service desirable
