As a Manager, you play a key role in the management team. You participate in major decision-making at the location and in the deployment of the strategy alongside other department heads (CA, People cost, BtoC/BtoB Events, etc.). You manage a team of 70 highly motivated people!
Your mission:
1. Management
- Support and improve the skills of the floor management team
- Supervise HR subjects: Planning, Recruitment and disciplinary
- Ensure the integration, performance and well-being of teams Identify talents and promote internal promotion
2. Performance
- Manage the room's payroll cost in accordance with CA objectives
- Guarantee the best customer experience (physical and digital)
- Master digital service tools and their developments (Deliverect, Lightspeed, Sunday) Check the central cash register
