Now Hiring – Bar, Kitchen and Waiting staff
Grangefields is a Derbyshire wedding and events venue situated along Long Lane on the historic Trusley Estate.
Grangefields is run by Cripps Barn Group an established company with many years' experience in running wedding venues throughout the UK. The Venue has been open for over 2 years and we are now looking to expand our bar and Waiting teams ahead of a full calendar of weddings throughout 2024 and beyond.

We will be looking to appoint several Bar (must be aged 18+) Kitchen and Waiting Staff (16+) with an expected start date of March/April 2024.
We will be conducting on-site interviews for the roles, this will be around 20 minutes and enable us to show you around the venue and explain how we operate in terms of service and the delivery of exceptional weddings. Experience isn’t necessary as full onsite training will be provided for the right candidates.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and professional people who strive to deliver exceptional service in a relaxed environment.
Waiting shifts hourly rate starts from £10.42ph
Bar shift hourly rate £12.42ph
Kitchen Porter shifts hourly rate £12.42ph
Food is also provided on shift!
Own transport or ability to get to and from the venue is a must.
