Bar Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality customer service.
- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff to maintain excellent service standards.
- Develop and implement bar menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in bartending, team management, and supervising in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and experience in food preparation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: £31,000.00-£37,584.23 per year
