We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for our exclusive May Fair Bar located within our 5 Star The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.Overview:An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Bar located within our 5 Star The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Bar Manager.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the May Fair Bar operation.Achieve hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the food and beverage operation.Direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels.
