Bar Manager - American Restaurant

BAR MANAGER WANTED FOR NEW CONCEPT RESTAURANT IN CENTRAL LONDON
I have a new role with a very successful restaurant group who needs a Bar Manager for their new concept restaurant that they have opened in Central London .
Must be able to create a sense of theatre in the bar, mix drinks, and help the run the restaurant.
My Client runs two very successful venues in London and is due to open more new restaurants this year.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the day-to- day running of the bar and assisting the GM in running the restaurant.
The unit will have some live entertainment at certain times i.e. Jazz at Sunday Brunch, and the Cocktail Bar is a key feature in this exciting venue.
