You will supervise the guest experience bar teams on the floor during service, inspiring them to deliver a world-class hospitality experience that captures the spirit and ambition of TLE productions.
You will uphold the licensable objectives and be responsible for delivering the standards of service, and the complexity of the menu, asset out by the Bars Manager, Assistant Bars Manager and Hospitality Manager. You will be responsible for the quality control of all drinks that leave the pass, and their journey to the guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at every step.
The supervisor will be responsible for the day to day shift administration, including signing off cleaning schedules, managing inventory, closing down daily staff scheduling, coordinating with the kitchen staff and handling customer queries and feedback. Ultimately ensuring the safe running of each given shift and making sure the bar and bar support areas are effectively managed and ready for hand over at the end of the day.
