Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring seamless service to enrich the dining experience of every guest.
- Curate and execute a unique cocktail menu that complements our restaurant's high-end Japanese concept.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization, conforming to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage stock control, including ordering, inventory audits, and budget maintenance.
- Conduct and facilitate staff training sessions to cultivate a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and maintaining high-quality service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant or bar.
- Expert knowledge of cocktail crafting and mixology, with a creative flair for designing new beverages.
- Proficiency in stock control management, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- A talent for inspiring and training team members to develop their skills and deliver exceptional service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering a positive work environment.
