We are currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join the new team here at The Albion Hotel. As the Bar Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make the most of your role while working alongside a supportive Bar and Restaurant Manager.

Some of the responsibilities of the Bar Supervisor include:
- To communicate clearly with other staff and customers and to be the focal point for people at the bar.
- To monitor and responsibly maintain stock levels on all wet products.
- To help train and develop all staff and to ensure that they are confident in their role.
- To be able to open or close the bar according to the procedures.
- To ensure the bar is maintained to a very high standard.
- To ensure that the bar is compliant with all legislation in terms of health, safety, and hygiene.
- To be accountable for efficient running of the business.
- To be an exceptional example to all staff and customers and to be an ambassador to the business when not at work.
We offer a sensible shift pattern, across a 45-hour working week from Monday to Sunday with two days off and a salary of £30k plus tips.
