Basic Prep
The Barista staff arrives early to organize the counter and do drinks prep organising what is needed for a busy day. The basic prep includes displaying the cake display, stocking the milks and carrying out the opening up checks.
Presentation
The Barista staff make sure that every coffee is presented beautifully. Steaming the milk perfectly is essential. They have a working knowledge of all the drink menu and also the a good knoweldge of dietry requirements.
Stock Storeroom
The Barista staff works with management and team to receive, stack, and properly store food and drinks in kitchens, cold storage, and storerooms.
Cleaning Duties
The Barista staff is responsible for ensuring all areas of the counter, coffee station, customer seating area and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 28 – 42 per week
