Position Overview:
As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages for our clients guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is not only a master of mixology but also possesses excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to guests
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Keep the bar area clean and sanitized, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail creations
- Previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment is preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage service
- TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus
