Their mission is to simplify routines and offer personalised beauty for all ages. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Business Manager to join the team in their Bluewater location.
Business Manager duties include:
- Leading a team of 5 make up artists to achieve sales
- Manage daily, monthly and quarterly running of your counter - through business plans
- Motivate and drive team to achieve sales targets
- Staying up to date with the latest beauty trends.
- Performing Make-up / Skincare consultations on clients
Business Manager must have(s):
- Experience in leading a high performing, motivated team
- Personable and customer focused
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Adaptable in a fast paced, ever changing sometimes high pressured environment
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Will consider background in Beauty, Cosmetics or Fashion.
In return offering a salary of up to 33,000, plus commission, generous discounts, pension scheme and so much more.
