In this role, here are some of the ways you will make an impact:
Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborating with the engineering design, project management and technical sales support teams, determining the best value Cummins can offer to suit the requirements of the Data Center customers.
Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals, complying with relevant company guidelines and legislation.
Supports the overall sales strategy through good communication and coordination across the sales organization.
Mentoring to support with the development of less experienced sales and account team staff.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous experience in a Business Development or sales role with commercial acumen.
Technical background is necessary with knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering advantageous.
Adaptable with excellent communication and teamwork skills and ability to work within complex projects.
Previous experience within Data Centre sector would be beneficial.
You will be rewarded with:
£47,600 - £59,500 (depending on experience)
Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
