SalaryA Catholic High school in Chorley are looking for a Behaviour Manager to join them Full time, starting immediately.
The role is to work directly with pupils who have difficulty managing their behaviour, providing one-to-one support, to ensure positive outcomes. You will be supporting the Assistant Headteacher to manage pupil behaviour across the school.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic highly-motivated individual. The Behaviour Manager will promote values, attitudes and good student behaviour, dealing promptly with situations that arise in line with established Behaviour policy.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- To be enthusiastic about working with children in education
- Excellent Behaviour management
- An understanding of young people and the ability to work hard, motivate and encourage them in developing and learning
- The ability to organise and manage own workload
