Behaviour Mentors will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Active listening skills to understand individual pupils' needs and concerns
- Empathy and the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils
- Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Registration with the DBS Update Service or willingness to process one with Team Educate

- Support, advice and guidance from experienced teaching professionals
- A competitive daily pay rate
- A highly rewarding and fulfilling role, supporting pupils who will really benefit from your support and guidance
- Building a strong network of education professionals across schools in Birmingham
- Opportunities to secure longer-term employment if desired
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by sharing your knowledge, experience, and support.
