SalaryWe understand the critical role that Behaviour Support plays in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH needs, fostering a positive and nurturing relationship.
- Implement Behaviour Support plans designed by the school's SENCO and other relevant professionals.
- Assist in the development and delivery of tailored interventions to address individual students' behavioural challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Understanding of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement personalized Behaviour Support plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with special educational needs.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role or a background in special education.

- Our school is located in Wandsworth, London. The vibrant community and accessible location make it an ideal setting for both personal and professional growth.
Salary:
- The salary for this role is £90-£100 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
