Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Assisting teachers in implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
• Providing individualised support to students facing behavioural challenges.
• Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to develop customised intervention plans.
• Fostering the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience working with adolescents in an educational setting.
• Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a secondary school context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous.
