We are looking for a diligent Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join our team, with a key focus on delivering high-quality benefits packages to our employees. The role requires a good understanding of employee Benefits and strong payroll experience.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established media agency. They are a substantial organisation with a diverse staff base spread across multiple locations, including London. Their small People team require a Benefits and Payroll specialist to manage their headcount of 200+.
Description
- Managing employee benefits programs.
- Manage the monthly UK payroll process, ensuring the DHR is kept updated throughout the process.
- Coordinating with benefits providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicating benefits information to employees and handling queries, regularly reviewing and suggesting improvements to benefits programs.
- Providing reports on benefits usage and trends to management.
- Provide accurate payroll information, encompassing starters, leavers, maternity, promotions, transfers, flex benefit selection etc. in line with Payroll deadlines.
- Respond to employee queries on any matters to do with Benefits and Payroll
Profile
A successful Benefits and Payroll Specialist should have:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ADP knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and be a team player.
- Able to operate within a multi site environment
- International payroll experience (desirable, not essential)
- Knowledge of benefits administration and related legal requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits databases.
