WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a talented Product Owner to lead the BEV Propulsion Systems squad for our future world class products. The ideal candidate will have extensive ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world experience, distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Define the vision and convey this vision to the squad
- Set and drive delivery direction (for the squad) through prioritisation of work by being the central decision maker for priorities based on business and customer impact
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders in own Group (POs, GL), other Groups & customers
- Establish/Facilitate/Participate in key agile ceremonies including showcases across co-located & virtual teams
- Owns and manages the product backlog
- Supports the squad in removing impediments
- Ensures the voice of the customer is heard at the squad level
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You'll come to this role having battery electric vehicles experience, or, high voltage systems, or, high voltage components experience
- You'll be highly organised, focused, flexible and self-motivated and a decisive decision maker
- Experience of managing projects with knowledge of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies. Also expereice of managing backlogs ideally using tools such as Confluence & JIRA
- Excellent influencing and pursuasive skills
