Job Description
- Develop, manage and test back-end database systems
- Design, implement and maintain BI analytics platforms
- Collaborate with team members to improve system performance
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for BI interfaces
- Use data visualisation tools to present data in a clear, concise manner
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy and planning sessions
- Keep abreast of industry developments and technologies
The Successful Applicant
A successful BI Developer should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies
- Strong understanding of BI technologies and data warehousing
- Experience with data visualisation tools, dashboards
- Any experience in the MS stack is a benefit (Python, R, SSRS, API integrations)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
