BI & Marketing Analyst: £30k - £40k - Halifax (Hybrid)

My client a leading media company are looking to build out and develop their technical capabilities through the acquisition of a new BI & Marketing Analyst. This candidate will produce tailored dashboards, reports, and visualisations whilst automating reports, conducting real-world market insights/research, and extract data from the business CRM.

For this position we're keen for someone to come in and take ownership of the reporting and have a degree of freedom around the project work. We want to see what you can do!

This role will be based from my clients Halifax office on a hybrid working model (to be discussed during interview) and all candidates must be already based within a commutable distance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse marketing data from various sources (e.g., CRM, social media, web analytics) to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track marketing performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to support marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Automate reporting processes and make streamline business intelligence processes.
• Provide insights into business performance areas inline with market movements, customer data, and internal operational data.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
• Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and the wider marketing, sales, and commercial teams to better business performance

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years working in either a BI, Data, Marketing, or Commercial Analytic role
• Experience with Marketing / Sales analysis (highly beneficial)
• CRM system experience (Zoho, ImplicitFusion, etc…)
• SQL
• Power Bi
• Experience owning and completing end-to-end reporting processes.
