Lovat's Group is Scotland’s specialists in Catering, Refrigeration and HVAC covering all aspects from design and supply to service and maintenance is currently seeking a Bid and Quality Coordinator.
Working 4.5 days per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Bid and Quality Coordinator, your duties will include developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes. You will be responsible for monitoring bid timelines, reviewing documents, preparing bid packs, monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits, investigating customer complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following experience: analytical and detail-oriented, quality auditing experience, excellent communication skills, and construction industry experience, with bid management/writing experience being desirable.
Your role is crucial in meeting the highest Bid and Quality standards, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication skills.
