Bid Manager - Hybrid
Location
Our client, Zenzero, is flexible on the location of their Bid Manager. They have offices in all of the below locations and are open to this role being a Hybrid or Remote role from any of these locations:

Zenzero are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage their Bid team, helping them identify and acquire new accounts that will have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company.
As the Bid Manager you will take overall responsibility for the Bid Team’s performance and primary responsibility for senior relationship engagement alongside robust governance and pipeline management.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
Lead the development and execution of bid strategies to maximise success rates in winning new business opportunities.Conduct thorough analysis of bid requirements and develop comprehensive bid plans and schedules.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with client requirements.Supervise and mentor a Bid Writer, providing guidance and support throughout the bid process.Develop and maintain project plans to track bid-related tasks, milestones, and deadlines.Continuously evaluate and refine bid management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Their ideal candidate will have:
Understanding of the bid management process, including pre-qualification, invitation to tender, and post-tender negotiation stages.Ability to analyse and interpret complex bid requirements.Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.Have good awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements in the public and private sector.Strong leadership and team building skills.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
