Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Bid Manager to join them due to continued growth, based from their Manchester office. The Bid Manager will be working on a range of frameworks and tenders within the construction sector. Bid Manager Position Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £50k - £60k DOE (Possibly more for a strong candidate)

Bid Manager Position Overview
- Oversee the end-to-end bid management process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals.
- Coordinate and manage bid-related resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Research and identify potential framework opportunities
- Prepare and submit applications to join various frameworks
- Monitor and manage existing framework agreements
- Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term bidding and framework strategies.
Bid Manager Position Requirements
- Prior experience working as a Bid or Framework Manager within construction or property
- Ideally have a knowledge of frameworks
- Based within commuting distance of Manchester
- Good tenure and seeking a permanent position
- Must be professional and presentable
