The role:
As the Bid & Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end bid processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing winning strategies, and managing contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead complete bid processes from identification to proposal delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to develop winning bid strategies.
- Analyse client requirements and develop tailored bid responses.
- Coordinate with partnership management for strong bid responses.
- Ensure access to relevant commercial vehicles and frameworks.
- Create high-quality proposals and contracts aligned with client objectives.
- Negotiate favourable contract terms.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in winning bids in tech or consulting.
- Strong understanding of bid management and public sector tenders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in bid management software.
- Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of contracts.
This role requires the successful candidate to be happy to work on a Hybrid basis, with 1-2 days a week in the office which is based in Oxford.
You can expect to receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes a performance related Bonus, plus a host of other options, alongside a competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000.
